By using one or more services offered by UltraTickets you automatically accept the following terms which regulate privacy
Introduction
These terms govern how we protect your privacy while providing our services.
We care about your online privacy, so these terms have been written to be as clear as possible .
We will let you know which data we process, which we keep and which we do not collect, all accompanied by a comprehensive justification.
We will also let you know your rights - partly guaranteed by the GDPR - through which you can better protect your privacy.

What data we collect
To provide our services in the best possible way we need to collect information that allows us to do this.
The data we collect on a temporary basis are: - Your Discord account , to be able to authenticate people and avoid unauthorized access to sensitive content.
- The servers you are present on , to generate a list of servers you can manage.
- Data from the servers where you are an administrator , only when you access the dashboard of the specific server to load all the necessary information such as roles and channels.
- Your IPv4 / IPv6 address to allow our security system to verify the authenticity of the request.
- The URI requested, to process the requested page.
The data we collect on a permanent basis are:
- Your Discord account email to send important communications, you can deactivate this function through a link in your email.
- Transcriptions generated by UltraTickets of tickets managed by the latter to guarantee the transcription service.
- The media (multimedia contents) sent in the ticket such as photos, videos, files. Profile photos are also included in this.
- Logs of actions performed via the Web Dashboard to ensure the provision of a service.
How we store data
The data stored on a temporary basis are stored in the user's browser and/or in the user's session and therefore not on the server.
The data stored on a permanent basis are saved on our API on our server in Germany (Provider: scheggia.cloud) protected by basic authentication via Password.
The UltraTickets Team will never be able to access the data except in the situations and cases listed below.
Access to confidential data
We protect your and your servers' confidential data as sensitive data.
However, there are some cases in which we reserve the right to access some data, listed below:
In the event of a report of violation of the UltraTickets ToS, the UltraTickets moderation team will be able to access the following data:
- Configurations, specifically discriminating , ping list, welcome message, description and button name.
- Participants in one or more transcriptions.
- Server name.
In case of cooperation with the Police Forces we reserve the right to access and share the following data with the latter:
- Unencrypted transcripts.
- List of configurations (complete).
- List of transcriptions (complete).
- List of logs (complete).
GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
All residents of the European Union are protected online by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) therefore they can exercise their rights by writing an email to support@ultratickets.xyz .
We offer you a (reduced) list of EU citizens' rights:

Use of email
While logging into your Discord account, your email will also be shared with UltraTickets and stored in our database.
We will only use it to inform you of any important communications which may (but are not limited to) the following:
- Update to the Terms of Service
- Update to the Privacy Policy
- Communications regarding the activation and/or termination of the Premium service
- Notices important security features
- Granted access to a server's dashboard.
TES (Transcriptions Encryption System)
UltraTickets, as it cares about user privacy, has implemented a transcription encryption system, namely TES.
TES works completely autonomously, making all transcriptions from servers that have the option enabled unreadable.
Using a key linked to the server, it is possible to decrypt the transcripts to ensure the generation of the online version.

UltraTickets Wrapped
UltraTickets Wrapped is a service of UltraTickets that each month generates through data collected by an independent system a report of one's activity on UltraTickets.
The data that is collected are as follows:
- The opening and closing event of a ticket, in order to provide the number of tickets opened and closed.
- The reviews that are also saved for wrapping (separately).
- Messages sent but without the content, only the length is saved.
This data will be provided only to the user concerned.
UltraTickets Rights
We reserve the right to make partial or total changes to the following terms of service even without providing any notice.
